Who can refer a property owner?
Anyone — current Skyline owners, past guests, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, interior designers, friends, family, neighbors. If you know a Miami property owner who could benefit from professional management, you're eligible to refer them and earn $500.
Is there a limit to how many owners I can refer?
Absolutely no limit. Refer 1 owner, earn $500. Refer 10 owners, earn $5,000. There's no cap, no expiration date on referrals, and no fine print. Every qualified owner who signs a management agreement and completes their first guest booking triggers a $500 payment to you.
When do I receive my $500 payment?
We process your payment within 30 days of the referred owner's first confirmed guest booking. Once a booking is completed and payment is settled, we'll reach out to confirm your payment details and send the $500 directly to you.
What if the owner I referred doesn't sign up right away?
No problem and no pressure. We'll follow up with them professionally — typically a few friendly touchpoints over a few weeks. Some owners need time to decide. There's no expiration on your referral: as long as the owner eventually becomes an active Skyline client, you'll receive your $500 when their first booking is complete.
Do I need to fill out a form, or can I just tell the owner to mention my name?
Either works. Submitting the form above is the easiest way to make sure your referral is tracked from the start. But if you've already told a property owner to mention your name when they contact us, that counts too — just make sure they tell us who referred them when they reach out, and we'll tie it to you.
